Find your Aligned Church billing receipts

A charge on the church card needs explaining, or the bookkeeper wants this month's receipt. Aligned Church receipts come by email, one for every charge, and each one matches a line on your card statement.

Before you start: Receipts go to the church's account owner, and only when the card is actually charged. While your plan is $0, there's nothing to receipt.
Open Settings

Good to know

  • Forward each receipt to your treasurer or bookkeeper as it arrives. It's the only copy that comes to you automatically.
  • Questions about a charge? Reply to the receipt itself. A person answers.

If it’s not working

I can't find any receipts

They go to the church's account owner, so check that person's inbox, including spam, for [email protected]. If the plan has never been charged (you're in your free window, or at $0), there's nothing to find yet.

This month's receipt never came

If this month's payment didn't go through, there's no receipt, because nothing was charged. Settings → Plan then says “Your last payment didn't go through.” Reply to the email we sent about it and we'll sort it out.

We lost a receipt and need a copy

Message us from Help with the month you need, and a person will help.

There's a charge from “Aligned Church AI” we didn't expect

Every Aligned Church charge shows under that name, and so does Aligned Leader's Pro plan. Match the date and amount to a receipt in the account owner's inbox: Your Aligned Church receipt is your Aligned Church plan (Settings → Plan shows what it covers), and Your Aligned Leader Pro receipt is Pro. If something looks wrong, reply to the Aligned Church receipt or message us from Help. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.
